The Association

The Brown County Beekeepers Association located in Green Bay, Wisconsin is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting beekeeping and the honey industry in Northeastern Wisconsin. The Association is present to help both the hobbiest and commercial beekeepers in their efforts to become more educated in the area of beekeeping and to enable them to become more efficient and productive.

Membership in the Association is open to any resident of Brown County or adjacent counties who raises bees. Dues are due on September 1st of each year and are as follows: $10.00 per year for a single person and $15.00 for a couple. Dues for new members joining the club after March 1st will be at half price. There is also one year free membership for any person belonging to a youth group until age 18.

Benefits of membership include subscription to our monthly newsletter – The Brown County Honey Bee, discounts on subscriptions to American Bee Journal, Bee Culture Magazine and The Speedy Bee Newspaper, discounts on honey recipe books and free use of video tapes on beekeeping.
